Start your day with a grateful heart. As busy as life can be, always try to stop and take notice of the beauty of the life that surrounds us. When we focus on gratitude, the tide of disappointment goes out and the tide of love rushes in. So try to take time to think, to feel, to write, and to acknowledge all you are grateful for each day. Let go of what you cannot control. Gratitude can turn a negative into a positive. Be thankful for life. Count your blessings. Breathe to four. Always listen to your heart.
